God urges us to apply his Word (Isaiah 42:23; 1 Corinthians 10:11)

The First Baptist Church Family

First Baptist Church (FBC), Easton Maryland, exists to help people become more like Christ by loving God, loving others, and loving to serve.  Our aim is to glorify God in all we do as we help people cultivate their intimate relationship with their creator. We believe true spiritual growth involves connecting with God and is shaped in the context of small groups.

We are establishing a network of small groups, centered on God’s word, where people can be transparent, encouraged, and challenged to courageously walk with God. After we invite people to connect with God and others, we challenge people to use their knowledge, talents, and gifts in service to God.

LOVING GOD
Our Sunday Services are a great place to connect with God and invite friends to experience how God's word still speaks relevantly to our lives today.

LOVING OTHERS

Our Small Groups are environments centered on God’s word where people of all ages connect with others and are equipped for good works.

LOVING TO SERVE

We also provide ministries and other opportunities so our church family can use their spiritual muscles in service to God.

The ABC's of Salvation

A. Admit that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; but the LORD has caused the the iniquity of us all to fall on him. Isaiah 53:36

B. Believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. john 3:16

But God demonstrates his own love for us ion this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us Romans 5:8

C. Confess Jesus as Lord of your life. That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

By faith you can receive forgiveness right now!

Acts 3:19 "repent, then and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out.
